About The Project
A completed project. Was built by deceased Jacob Izaaki and his kids in the years 1992-2005. The project includes 8 towers of 16-19 floors, each building block includes a swimming pool and a shared tenants club. A total of 680 residential units were built.
Tzamarot Herzliya remained reputable as a luxury neighborhood in Herzliya and Ramat Hasharon cities over the years, with use of high quality build material, spacious apartments, large public spaces and gardens, and an incredible view of the city.
The commercial center of the project was sold to Migdal Insurance company in 2007.
LOCATION
The project is located on the border of two central cities, Herzliya and Ramat-Hasharon. Close to highways, and to the city.
