About The Project
Hillolim Real Estate holds shares in a privately-held, historical family company owned by the three children of the deceased known Israeli developer Mr. Jacob Izaki. The company holds a portfolio of income-producing assets accross various sectors including commercial, retail and industrial (logistics centers) throughout Israel, and is estimated at approximately 1 billion ILS.
All of the existing properties held by the company are being let, with occupancy of 95%.
Among the assets held by Izaki Storages:
Design Center, a leading furniture and home design center, 60 stores over 300,000sqft.
Lehi 28, a large commercial building combining food retail and commercial spaces of over 260,000sqft.
Lev Haaretz Project – on the junction of highways 5 and 6, main roads in the country. This industrial and commercial center contains hundreds of thousands of square feet built for logistics, storage and trade. Most spaces were custom made for occupying tenants with most of them being large and known corporations in the Israeli market.
