About The Project
Brick built, corner block arranged as three retail units fronting Parkway, with offices and residential accommodation on three floors above.
The ground floor units offers open and clear retail sales space. The offices are accessed by separate stair cores from Arlington Road.
We added a residential floor, and added a new two bedroom apartment. Rennovated the rest of the apartments, building and windows.
The residential is accessed via self contained entrance from parkway. At floor 1-3 there are three bed flat at each floor.
LOCATION
This property is prominently situated in a prime location, on the north side of Parkway and Arlington Road, within walking distance of the world famous Camden Market and Camden Town underground station.
