About The Project
With the help of a leading London firm of architects, our aim was to turn the vacant commercial building into 6 luxury residential units, 5 of which were created from the existing building , and one that is a new build addition. The project was completed within 12 months on time and under budget.
LOCATION
This property is prominently situated in a prime location, on the north side of Parkway and Arlington Road, within walking distance of the world famous Camden Market and Camden Town underground station.
What we did
Created 6 new warehouse style residential units with outdoor amenity space and completed substantial external repairs and refurbishment.
