Magnolia Meadows is a ground breaking development in a number of ways. It incorporates ultra modern style, advanced building system and Off – Grid power supply system. The old 4500 square meters single home estate is being transformed into a 30 units town house complex.
The existing designer home will be incorporated into the new development and will be transformed into a number of sectional title units, each with its own unique characteristics, ranging between 150 and 200 square meters.
The vacant part of the property will be used for additional 20 units of 150 square meters each, all standard with lock up garages, private garden, and own solar power system.

South Africa – The property is located in the up-market Pretoria suburb of Brooklyn. Within walking distance of Pretoria’s most prestigious schools, Pretoria university, shopping malls, parks and sports facilities.
