About The Project
A preservation building in Tel Aviv, on the junction of Yavne and Yehuda Halevy streets. The building was built in 1925 and has an eclectic build style. Alongside Bar-Orian architects firm, an application of a build permit was applied in 2014 for an additional 3 floors and 8600sqt total space, over the current 4300sqt over two floors.
LOCATION
At the heart of Tel Aviv, next to Rotchild street resides a preservetion building, originated in 1925. Located moments from the new light train station, currently being built in Tel Aviv.
