About The Project
A unique project that combines hundreds of residential units in saturated build of 5,9,14 floors and more. The planning and development phase included the creating of an entirely new neighborhood, over hectares of land. Road planning, parks and public spaces, elementary school, 8 kindergartens a new commercial center and protected housing.
The project includes spacious 4 and 5 bedroom apartments, with large balconies and high quality elements. Our target clients for the project were young couples who are looking to buy a first apartments or couples who would like to upgrade their living with kids.
Phase A (Completed 2013-2015) – 164 residential units across 5 buildings of 4.5 and 9 floors.
Phase B (Completed 2015-2017) – 114 residential units across 2 buildings of 14 floors.
Phase C (Advanced Planning 2019-2021) – 144 residential units across 2 buildings of 18 floors.
Commercial Center (In Construction 2019-2021) – Commercial center and office building across over 100,000sqft.
Senior Housing (Planning 2019-2022) – A unique and modern senior housing project containing over 150 units.

Located at the midst of a new development at the outskirts of Kefar-Yona. Minutes drive from central highways, this large scale project allows affordable high-end residential units with easy transportation access.
