About The Project
The building when purchased consisted of Two commercial units, two, two bedroom units and two, one bedroom units.
Planning consent was obtained giving us the opportunity to add an additional floor and enabling the addition of two bedrooms to each of the two bedroomed units.
The one bedroom units were both fully renovated.

The Project is located in the south side of Paddington Street in the heart of London’s fashionable district of Marylebone.
